Real estate is both a Science and an Art:

Achieving Success for My Clients comes from Combining them Effectively :
Knowing the pulse of the market and the current inventory of properties

Having a solid grip on the process of buying and selling a home

Listening to, and helping clarify, your needs and criteria for a home

Having a network of excellent service providers, such as lenders and
settlement companies, especially if this is a relocation.

Skillfully negotiating a winning contract, and

Navigating the challenging terrain to the settlement table, making your
        experience as smooth as possible.

Philosophy:

. While pursuing real estate, Charlene has  avidly studied Feng Shui and abstract painting. " Homes have voices just like you and I . You only need to listen closely to what they have to say. I listen. I think that is my gift."
